Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy aligned with our business goals.
- Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and cultivate a positive community around our brand.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve engagement and content quality.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms and evaluate ROI.
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, and other community-building activities to promote our brand on social media.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in a competitive industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytic tools, including Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in creating content for various social media platforms (images, videos, stories, and posts).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and web traffic metrics.
